Will the worms arrive alive?

by Stephan

Dear Stephan,

Thank you for your email. I will deposit the amount for the worm farm into your account tomorrow.

I would like to know how you send the worms as I really would not have
thought the worms would survive our postal service. How do you
pack them and is there any guarantee that they will arrive safe and sound?!

I think it was mentioned in your on line brochure that there are two colours
of worm farm to choose from? Does the green worm farm have a white lid and
is the white worm farm totally white?

I look forward to hearing from you.

Kind regards,

S.

Answer:

Dear S.,

thank you for your quick response. Although I undestand your concern
for the safety of the worms in transit, I can assure you that the worms
should be well protected during the journey. They travel in an insulated
box that is filled with a safe compost mix which will offer the worms both
protection and nourishment. Under normal circumstances the worms can live inside that box for more than 2 month.

We have sent worms and worm farms up country for more than 15 years now and
and works really well.

The Mini Tower is sold these days in green and comes with a black lid. The worm farm that we are selling in white is the worm heaven which you can find on our products page as well.

If you have any further questions please feel free to contact us.

Kind regards and blessings
