Hello We are wanting to get our worm business going

Hello,
I just purchased your book and looking forward to reading it.
I have a couple of questions.
1. Hows the market for earthworms? I'm noticing that a lot of the information on the internet is old and it seems that most are out of business in 2014. I'm finding it hard to find anything later then 2009-10.
We have a small farm with pigs, goats, chickens and garden. So we started composting a couple of years ago. We now are looking into using the worms to make a profit by selling their by products and selling them whole sale to bait shops, nurseries, and pet stores.
2. How's business going for you? Are you still going and able to turn a profit in today's market?
I'm in Florida and the economy is really hurting here.
Thank you for advise or comments you can give me.
Janine
Hello Janine
I hope you are well. Thank you for your support!
Let me answer your questions!
Question 1:
1. Hows the market for earthworms? I'm noticing that a lot of the information on the internet is old and it seems that most are out of business in 2014. I'm finding it hard to find anything later then 2009-10.
How's business going for you? Are you still going and able to turn a profit in today's market?
Answer:
I cannot speak for everybody else but I am selling more worm farms and worms than ever.
I believe that what you put in if what you will get out.
A worm business has still great potential and many of the markets haven’t even been properly penetrated yet.
In my book “How to start a profitable worm business on a shoestring budget”
I share from my own experiences and give you up to date information that you can implement for your own purposes.
A worm business is essentially a sustainable business which is good for the environment and as such will only become more valuable as time goes on.
Although I am checking the net for new information on a regular basis I mainly focus in my books (yes there are more to come ) on my own experiences that I gained over the last 15 years as a commercial worm farmer.
My worm business is still going strong and I intend to start another one in Germany as soon as I can get it organized.
So if you are prepared to put the work in and take care of your worms I am convinced that you will be able to find your place in the worm composting market.
A worm business is actually a low cost business which can produce great returns.
My worms are paying for my bond, car, cost of living and the overseas trips to visit friends and family!
If I were pushing harder I could have a much higher turnover than I am doing but I am in the process of relocating and the transition period takes a lot of my time and efforts up.
Yes the economy is bad but a worm business is a low risk business which produces fantastic products that can defiantly generate income for you
Keep coming back to www.worm-composting-help.com for more information and once you are up and running, let me know and I can list you in our worm business directory!
I wish you all the best Janine and happy worming !
Kind regards
