Hello Mathias,
it is nice to hear from you and I am glad that you are intending to start your own worm business. I hope that my book will be a good source of information for you. Recycling with earthworms is great way to make a living and it is very good for the environment.
If you want to build simple breeding bins you can use the technique I mentioned in my book on page 42. I found these plastic sheet bulk beds quite efficient and the worms like them. You would just have to be careful not to add to much water and flood your cellar.
Breeding boxes might be a good idea for your worm business as you can stack them quite high and in that way use the limited space you have much better.
But keep in mind that whenever you are harvesting worms from your breeding boxes you have to put your mature breeders back into the box otherwise you will run out of worms sooner or later.
Let me know how your progress is and once your worm business is set up and running you might as well get a free basic listing in our worm business directory Germany.
Kind regards
